Our Mission
Next Level Education N Sports Services was created to give ordinary student-athletes extraordinary experiences through academic enrichment, out of school time work experiences, and-level high basketball training. Next Level Education is built on ensuring that our athletes understand the importance of using their basketball skills as a catalyst for educational opportunities. Next Level Education & Sports Services is the parent company of Leading Lady Elite and Legacy Elite AAU Basketball Programs and Peer2Peer STEM and Science of Basketball.

Latasha Battie-Jones Executive Director
Latasha is the Executive Director & Founder of Next Level Education & Sports Services. Latasha has over 20 years of experience in informal after-school programs focusing on academic, recreational, and enrichment activities. Currently, she is the Director of Youth Education Services for the YWCA Metropolitan Chicago where she develops, manages, and oversees several after-school programs within CPS and CHA. Latasha is a statewide trainer for the Illinois Afterschool Network and a published author. She is a great wife and loving mother of two young adults, one who plays collegiate basketball.

Jasmyn Jackson
Coach & Trainer
Coach Jasmyn Jackson has been playing basketball since she was 9 years. In 2018, she started out as an assistant coach/team manager for LLE's 15U. She is an instructor for Science of Basketball where she trains and mentors student-athletes. Last summer, she trained over 35 high school students in Science of Basketball. Jas was a 4 Letter Basketball Player for Simeon High School, where she made history in the GBB first state appearance and as a Final Four 3 Point Participant. Coach Jas coaches our 16U boys and creates a "Heart Over Height" mentality. She is entering her third year of college and playing basketball at the collegiate level.
